Shipping policy

Free EU Shipping From €50

Orders of €50 or more qualify for free shipping within our EU delivery zone. For orders below €50, a flat shipping rate of €4.95 applies.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Saturday, before being handed over to our courier.

Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Central European Time, Amsterdam time. Orders placed after the cutoff will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders to the Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy and Spain arrive within 5–9 business days. Including processing time, the total estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days.

Delivery to the rest of our EU delivery zone takes approximately 6–14 business days in total.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after receiving the email.
