Shipping policy
Free EU Shipping From €50
Orders of €50 or more qualify for free shipping to every country we ship to. For orders below €50, a flat shipping rate of €4.95 applies. The same rate applies everywhere in our EU delivery zone, so there are no regional surcharges.
Prices include VAT. The shipping charge and final order total are shown before payment. Any applicable customs duty is already included in the price you pay, so you will not be asked to pay import duties or customs charges on delivery. If a carrier unexpectedly requests an additional payment, contact us before paying it.
Fulfilment and Dispatch Origin
Orders are fulfilled by CJdropshipping and its logistics partners. Depending on stock and destination, a parcel may be dispatched from China or from a regional warehouse. Products in one order may arrive in separate parcels.
The dispatch origin is not the return address. Contact us before returning anything; we will confirm the applicable return instructions and address.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Saturday, before being handed over to the carrier. Dutch public holidays are not business days.
Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Central European Time, Amsterdam time. Orders placed after the cutoff will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Every country we ship to is served by the same delivery zone and the same service. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery normally takes 5-9 business days. Including processing time, the total estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control. If delivery is delayed significantly, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund - just email us.
Until your order is delivered to you, the risk of loss or damage in transit is ours, not yours.
Tracking
As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after receiving the email.

If Something Goes Wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us at contact@wilderpaw.com and we will sort it out at no cost to you. Please don't wait for the tracking to update on its own.
